Delivery Times:
When you place an order on our store, it will be shipped within 24/48 hours by our team.

It is important to note that the shipment refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their handover to the carrier, not the delivery itself, which may take between 7 to 14 business days.
If you are outside of Europe, please allow for a few additional days before receiving your item.
Although 95% of our parcels are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (due to the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions, etc.).

If the delivery time seems long, don't worry, you can track the progress of your order on the "ORDER TRACKING" page.

Important details:
When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. Additionally, to avoid high shipping costs due to excessive delivery weight, different items from the same order may be shipped separately.
It is therefore entirely normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
